Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in cancellation.
2. Cancellations & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Payment & Billing
We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.
A service charge may be applied for large groups or special events.
All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued once an order is placed.

Please inform our staff of any allergies before ordering.

5. Conduct & Etiquette
Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Guests experiencing symptoms of illness are encouraged to reschedule their visit.
7. Events & Private Bookings
Private events require a deposit and signed agreement.
Cancellations for events must be made at least 7 days in advance.

MXO is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Guests assume responsibility for their personal belongings.
MXO is not liable for any injuries occurring on the premises unless due to negligence.
